Eileen and Ian have been at the Eagle in Arundel for three years and the dedication they have for it is shown in the way they have nurtured and improved the inn, and continue to do so. The Eagle has recently undergonea sympathetic refurbishment using reclaimed materials such as stained glass windows. Eileen says: "while making subtle improvements it was very important to sustain its traditional character and cosyiness which has become part of its legacy." The Eagle is well known for its great homemade food, especially the Sunday Roasts. All the meals are prepared using locally sourced Produce.   The Eagle bar has an extensive choice of bar snacks and specials for lunch. It is recommended that you book in advance if you wish to dine in the evening. A private cellar function room for parties, special celebrations and meetings will be available soon. The Inn offers attractive, comfortable surroundings and has a lovely ambience about it. It can be found in the picturesque town of Arundel with its beautiful castle, cathedral and quaint shops.
